Recipe of Speedy Macaroni Jollof

I promise you this tastes much much better than it looks. This was made by one of my cousin who claims he's a masterchef in cooking noodles.

Ingredients of Macaroni Jollof

1. Prepare 1 pack of Macaroni.
2. Prepare 1 Sachet of tomatoe.
3. Prepare of Little Soyaoil.
4. Prepare of Medium Onion bulb (washed and diced).
5. Prepare of Stockfish flakes (washed).
6. Take of Onga stew spices.
7. Take of Grounded Crayfish.
8. You need 2 cubes of Seasoning.
9. You need leaves of Ugu (washed and sliced).
10. You need of Salt.

Macaroni Jollof step by step

1. Per boil the macaroni with hot water and a drop of oil. Wash and set aside.
2. Fry onion and tomatoes for awhile.
3. Add water and pour Stockfish flakes, Crayfish, Cameroon pepper, seasoning cubes, onga spices and salt to taste..
4. Then mix the macaroni inside and stir very well. Balance the ingredients and allow to cook until its soft.
5. Add ugu and stir with the little water remaining and serve. So I added some left over coleslaw 😋.

Macaroni jollof rice is similar in the sense that it is cooked in the same kind of sauce.You can also added a little coconut milk for some kick.Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti.
