Ingredients of Macaroni and Egg Stew
- You need 500 g of Macaroni.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare of Tomato puree.
- It’s of Ginger and garlic paste(fresh).
- Make ready of Seasoning.
- Make ready of Sliced onions.
- You need of Ground Crayfish.
- Take of Vegetable oil.
Now, add the eggs to the pasta and mix well.Tips: The pasta doesn't necessarily have to be elbows- other kinds of pasta can be used.Preferably not angel hair or noodles.If you want to use more egg yolks you can- if you do, you can.
Macaroni and Egg Stew step by step
- Put water in a pot,add 1tsp(level),bring to boil,add macaroni, stir,cook till soft,drain in a colander,pour water to remove excess starch,set aside..
- Heat up oil in a saucepan,add onions,ginger and garlic paste, stir fry for 1min,add tomato puree, fry for 2mins,add seasoning,crayfish,taste to adjust with salt,cook for 2mins,remove from heat,boil eggs for 5mins…serve with macaroni and sauce.
