- Take 7 of aloo cubes main cut kerlain.

To start, take all-purpose flour and whole-wheat flour in the same quantity; these two flour will give healthy taste in poori add some salt according to your taste and now add some yogurt, which helps poori to stay soft.Mix sooji, besan and makki ka atta, mix salt, ajwain and ghee.Knead the flour and cut balls and roll into medium sized poories.Heat ghee or oil and fry poories till golden brown.
