Stuffed Pearl Millet (Bajri)Rotla Recipe. Bajra Na Rotla also known as Bajra Roti is a plain and simple flat bread made from pearl millet flour. Bajra Na Rotla and Ringna No Olo is an all time winter favorite food, especially when the rotla comes straight out of the stove to the plate.

Ingredients of Stuffed Pearl Millet (Bajri)Rotla
- Take 100 of -gm grated paneer.
- Prepare 1/2 of -Cup green garlic finely chopped.
- It’s 2 of -green chilli finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 of -cup finely chopped coriander.
- Take 1/4 of -cup finely chopped spinach.
- Take of Salt as per taste.
- You need 200 of -gm pearl Millet flour.
- Take of Salt as per taste.
- Take as needed of Water.
- It’s as needed of Ghee.
- It’s of Chopped green garlic for garnishing.
First and foremost you will need lukewarm water to knead the dough.In a bowl add a cup of pearl millet flour, add salt to taste and mix it.Add the lukewarm water accordingly while kneading flour, as it should not be sticky or dry.Once you are done with kneading, cover the bowl with a lid and keep it aside for five minutes to set in.

- Mix finely chopped green garlic, coriander, green Chilli,finely chopped spinach, salt as per taste and grated paneer in a bowl and keep aside.
- Mix Bajri flour,salt and knead a soft cloth with needed water knead with palm continuously to make it soft make rounds make small poori shape and fill the stuffing and make round ball and roll on plastic sheet and cook on slow flame both the sides spread ghee on hot rotla cut into 4-Peice and serve.
- Serve Healthy Yummy Tasty Stuffed rotla in a plate garnish with chopped green garlic..
