Ingredients of Peanut Butter Cheesecake

  1. Make ready 180 gm of Peanut Cookies.
  2. Make ready 50 gm of Butter.
  3. Take 500 gm of Soft Cheese.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
  5. Make ready 180 gm of Peanut Butter of choice.
  6. You need 170 gm of Golden Syrup.
  7. Make ready 4 of Gelatine Leaves.
  8. It’s 150 ml of milk.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake instructions

  1. Line your case with grease proof paper. Soak Gelatine in water. Crush the cookies & add the melted butter & mix well. Push into the bottom of the case tin. Allow to set in the fridge for 30mins..
  2. In a bowl mix Cheese, Syrup, Vanilla & Peanut butter. Whisk so it’s well mixed..
  3. In a pan gently heat the milk with the gelatine until it dissolves. Add to the cheese mixture & whisk well. Pour the mixture into the case & allow to set in the fridge for a couple of hours..
  4. Served with Reeses mini cups & chocolate sauce..
