- Prepare 4-5 of Potatoes (medium) peeled and cut into fingers.
- Take of For Batter.
- Take 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (maida).
- Take 3 tbsp of rice flour.
- Take 2 tbsp of corn flour (heaped).
- Take Pinch of salt.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
- Take of For Sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- Take 4-5 of garlic cloves chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
- Take 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chilli/hot sauce.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of vinegar.
- Take 1/2 tsp of soya sauce.
- It’s 1 tbsp of honey.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
- Make ready 1 tsp of corn flour.
- Make ready of Salt as per taste.

- Preheat oil for frying on high flame drop potato fingers 1 by 1 don’t put too much otherwise they will stick together now fry them until they become very light brown or half done.
- Once u finish frying them fry them again altogether on a high flame to make them more crispier and give them a nice golden brown colour after frying keep them aside.
- For sauce add oil in pan add chopped garlic and stir fry for a few seconds Add tomato paste, ketchup, hot sauce and cook for another minute now add soya sauce, vinegar, honey, salt and stir together.
- Mix cornflour with water and add this slurry into the sauce and stir few seconds till it thickens.
- Now Add fries into this sauce and toss them together untill they coated well in sauce..
- Garnish with some spring onions only green part and some sesame seeds. Honey chilli fries are ready to be served. Serve them immediately.
