Ingredients of Chicken Biryani
- Prepare 2 Cup of Basmati Rice.
- It’s 1 of Star Anise.
- Make ready 1/2 inch of Cinnomon Stick.

- Prepare 2 of potato large chunks.
- You need 4 tbsp of Oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- It’s 4-5 of Curry leaves.
- Take 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Take 4-5 of Hot green Chilli.
- Take 2 of Large Onion Sliced.
- Prepare 2 of Tomatos Chopped.
- Make ready 1 of Capsicum.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Shahi Biryani Masala.
- Make ready 1 cup of Curd.
- You need 2 tbsp of Cashew Chopped.
- You need 5-6 of Mint Leaves.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of saffron Milk.
- Prepare to Taste of salt.

- Now saute chicken in it for 4-5 mins..
- Now add Red chilli powder, turmeric and Shahi Biryani Masala and cook it until it start separating oil from sides. Its time to add curd and stir it for few mins..
- If it becomes to dry add another cup of curd. Remember we do not want runny cosistency but thick gravy..
- Now spread gravy evenly and pour our boiled rice on top of it. Add fried onions, cashew on it. Make 3-4 well on it and pour Saffron Milk in it. Put lid on and let it cook on low flame for another 3-4 mins or until rice gets hot. Or microwave it for 3 minutes with lid on..
- Pour some ghee while serving and garnish it with chopped coriander and mint leaves.
