Cheese chinese maggi step by step
- First of all we will take a bowl add into water and cook until it boil,after boil it we will add maggi,salt,oil and mix well and cook it 80%…after cook it we will strain out it and spread in a plate for cool down and keep it in freeze for 10 mints.
- Now we will take a pan and into cooking oil for shallow fry after oil is medium hot we will add maggi and cook until it brown,now we will keep it aside.
- When maggi is on room temperature we will break it..
- Now take a iron kadai and add into 2 tbsp.of oil and add cauliflower and cook it 10 second now add onion capsicum,cabbage also and mix it and cook it 20…30 second on high flame..
- Now we will add our sauces and mix well now add salt oregano chilli flakes and maggi pieces also mix very well now add maggi masala cook it 2 mints it is ready to serve now.
When the Maggi is half-cooked, add the grated cheese in it.Mix well till the cheese dissolve and the water is absorbed by the maggi.Maggi is ready to serve, serve hot.
