Hey everyone, welcome to my recipe site. Today I’m gonna show you how to prepare a distinctive dish, Millet dosa (Bajra dosa). It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i will make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Millet dosa (Bajra dosa) Recipe. All you need is: pearl millet or bajra, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds and salt. All these ingredients are grinded together to make a fine paste and then mixed with water to prepare the batter for the dosa.

You can cook Millet dosa (Bajra dosa) using 11 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

  1. You need 1 cup of bajra soaked.
  2. It’s 1 cup of white urad daal soaked.
  3. Make ready 1 cup of black urad daal soaked.
  4. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of frenugreek seeds soaked.
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp of flattened rice (poha) soaked.
  6. You need of Salt as per ur taste.
  7. Take 2 tbsp of oil.
  8. Take As needed of Coriander leaves.
  9. You need 2 of green chilli.
  10. You need 1/2 tbsp of chaat masala.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder.

It turned out super good and I am glad I am consuming healthy millet in some portion atleast.Because this uses equal portions of rice and kambu.Bajra Dosa is a millet dosa prepared with whole bajra.It is so crispy with the texture of the dosa being similar to the rice dosa itself.

  1. Take a bowl add bajra add both urad daal frenugreek seeds poha mix it wash properly an soaked for five hour.
  2. After five hrs just blend it an let’s ferment for whole night.
  3. Next day mixed well an add chopped coriander leaves green chillies an make a dosa.
  4. Serve it.
