Hello everybody, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, Jaggery Anarse. This is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Jaggery Anarse Recipe. Mix and mash the jaggery in flour until it gets wet and dough can be kneaded. This is a quite long process.

You can have Jaggery Anarse using 4 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Jaggery Anarse

  1. Take 1 cup of rice flour.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of light colour gur.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of poppy seed.
  4. Make ready As needed of oil for frying.

Fry anarse on low flame and medium hot ghee.If ghee is too hot then anarse can burn and if ghee is too cool then these can splatter.Gulache Anarse / Jaggery Anarsa Anarsa a pastry-like snack is a traditional Maharashtrian delicacy.It is prepared from soaked rice powder, jaggery or sugar , ghee (clarified butter) and poppy seeds.

Jaggery Anarse step by step

  1. Finely grind the gur so that no big piece remain.
  2. Mix jaggery in rice flour.
  3. Mash and mix jaggery and flour till it become wet.
  4. It takes time to bind so keep patience and mix it.
  5. If you feel that flour is not wet then add one spoon milk.
  6. Keep mashing the dough until it is in dough form.
  7. Knead the dough for few min it will turn soft.
  8. Keep it aside for 15-20 min.
  9. Take it out and knead it once again.
  10. Grease your hand with oil and take spoon dough and make a ball.
  11. Roll it on poppy seed and deep fry in oil on low flame till golden brown colour.

Grind jaggery nicely and mix it in rice flour.Mix everything really well and knead dough.Mix and mash the jaggery in flour until it gets wet and dough can be kneaded.
