Ingredients of Malai-Chicken
- It’s 1 kg of Leg-Chest chicken.
- Make ready 2 of Malai big spoon.
- Make ready 4 of Chopped onion.
- Make ready 2 tsp of Chopped coriander.
- Prepare 3 of Tomato.
- You need 7-8 of Garlic cloves.
- Make ready 1 piece of Ginger.
- You need 5-6 of Green chillies.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Kasuri methi.
- It’s 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Degi mirch.
- Make ready 2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/3 tsp of Garam masala.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Oil.

Malai-Chicken step by step
- Wash chicken properly and keep a side.
- Heat oil..add chopped onion till golden brown on medium flame.
- Take tomato, ginger, garlic, green chillies and to big spoon Malai in a mixie jar and grind well.
- Add mixture in light golden fry onion…stir.
- Add masale except kasuri methi..add chopped coriander and cook till oil remove.
- Add chicken pieces.. mix in tadka.
- Cook it in masala for 10 minutes on medium flame…rub kasuri methi in your palms and pour in chicken.
- Stir well and cook another 5 minutes…
- Malai - Chicken is ready……serve hot with roti/ naan.
