- You need 250 gm of Shajan ke lhool.
- You need 250 gm of Green peas.
- Make ready 2 of medium onion chopped.
- Make ready 1 of peice ginger.
- Take 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It’s 1 of red chilli.
- Take 1 tsp of haldi powder.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need to taste of Salt.

Sahjan ke phool ki sabji step by step
- Keep swanjana overnight in water with salt.
- Boil the swanjana for 14 min salted water.
- Add 1tsp vegetable oil in pan.
- Add pinch of hing.
- Add 1tsp cumin seeds.
- Add green chilli and ginger chopped.
- Add onion chopped.
- Add green peas.
- Mix it for 2 min and cover it.
- Add all spices.
- Mix it well.
- Add curd.
- Add shwanjana.
- Mix it.
- Cover it for 10 min.
- Now it is ready to serve.
