Ingredients of Aluu ki Kathliyan
- Take 1 kg of Aluu.
- You need 3 of Tomato.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need of Haldi half spoon.
- It’s 1 tsp of Zeera.
- You need of Water As requiried.
- You need 3 of Green chilli.
- It’s of Garam Masala powder 1 tsp (optional).
- It’s of Dhaniya powder 1 tsp (optional).
