Anarsa instructions

  1. Soaked rice for overnight. Drain and spread on a absorbent paper to dry for 15 minutes.
  2. Put rice in a grinder jar and grind to a smooth powder.
  3. Put sugar in a grinder jar and grind it. Combine rice powder and sugar powder.
  4. Knead a soft dough. Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into small round balls and flatten them.
  5. Place the poppy seeds in a flat clean surface. Put that flatten balls (disk shape) on the some portion of poppy seeds.
  6. Shallow fry till light brown.
  7. Anarsa is ready.
