Here is a delicious bajra dosa recipe that you can easily prepare at home using some common ingredients like pearl millet or bajra, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds and salt. All these ingredients are ground together to make a fine paste and then mixed with water to prepare the batter for the dosa.

Ingredients of Millet dosa (Bajra dosa)
- It’s 1 cup of bajra soaked.
- You need 1 cup of white urad daal soaked.
- Make ready 1 cup of black urad daal soaked.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of frenugreek seeds soaked.
- Take 2 tbsp of flattened rice (poha) soaked.
- Make ready of Salt as per ur taste.
- Take 2 tbsp of oil.
- Take As needed of Coriander leaves.
- You need 2 of green chilli.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of chaat masala.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
This is one of the very old recipes that I have been using.Kambu (or known as Bajra in North India) is the most widely grown millet variety in India.Add a nutritious variety to your dosas by using kambu instead of normal rice.The traditional method of making it is time consuming as it requires fermentation.

- Take a bowl add bajra add both urad daal frenugreek seeds poha mix it wash properly an soaked for five hour.
- After five hrs just blend it an let’s ferment for whole night.
- Next day mixed well an add chopped coriander leaves green chillies an make a dosa.
- Serve it.
