  1. It’s 2 tbsp of semolina.
  2. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of rice flour.
  3. Make ready 2-3 tbsp of corn flour.
  4. Take To taste of Salt.
  5. You need 1 cup of cauliflower.
  6. Take 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  8. It’s 1/4 tsp of coriander powder.
  9. You need as needed of Oil for deep frying.
  10. Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  11. Take Pinch of baking soda(optional).
  12. Take 2 tsp of curry leaves.
  13. You need 2 tsp of corinader leaves.

  1. In a mixer jar, 2 tbsp semolina and grind to fine powder,transfer it to bowl and then add all the ingredients,ginger garlic paste and mix well..
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces or separate florets. In a vessel, boil 1 liter water for 10 mins and then add florets, turmeric powder,salt. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 mins.(This is to remove the germs from Gobhi)..
  3. Strain the gobhi, add it to the dry mixture and coat the masala into all the pieces nicely. Add more corn flour if required and set aside for 15 mins..
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the pieces batch wise. You can use fork to put gobhi pieces into the oil. Fry them until it turns crispy and brown..
  5. Once done, put them on a paper towel and serve hot. Now the tasty crunchy gobhi 65 is ready.
