Ingredients of Rava Oats Dhokla
- It’s 2 cups of semolina (rava).
- Make ready 1 cup of rolled oats.
- You need 1-1.5 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fruit salt.
- Prepare as required of Coriander leaves for garnish.
- It’s as required of Red chilli powder for garnish.
Rava Oats Dhokla step by step
- Soak the semolina (Rava) in curd..
- Add the rolled oats. Mix well and keep aside for about 15 minutes. Add curd if required to adjust the consistency..
- Add salt, fruit salt and mix..
- Prepare the tempering - heat oil add mustard seeds..
- Pour the tempering on the mixture..
- Transfer the mixture into the mold. Place the mold in a pre heated cooker. Cover with lid (remove the whistle). Cook for about 12 minutes..
- Once Cooked, cool it down..
- Cut into pieces and garnish with red chilli powder and coriander leaves..
