- It’s 1 cup of Little milet Or samai.
- It’s 3 cup of water.
- It’s 2 spoons of Ghee.
- Take 1small of Potato.
- Make ready as required of Any vegetable which you eat in Navratri can add.
- Make ready 1/2tsp of Dhaniya powder.
- It’s 2 of Green chillies.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Take as required of Black pepper finally grounded.

- Heat oil in a kadahi, as we don't eat cumin seeds in navratri so I add dhaniya powder into oil. If you eat you can add mustard seeds also..
- Add chopped vegetables potato into it. Saute it for few minutes..
- Add water and all dry masalas like salt green chillies black pepper. When the water start boiling add millet. Cook for 10 minutes..
- Serve with cucumber raita and green chutney..
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add black gram dal, chana dal, curry leaves and green chillies.When dal turns golden brown add the onions.That's " Little Millets Upma / Saame Akki Upma ".
