Pumpkin Pie step by step

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In small bowl, mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
3. In large bowl, beat eggs.
4. Add pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
5. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
6. Pour into pie shells.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes.
9. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
