Ingredients of Cheese Masala Maggi Tart
- Make ready 2 packets of Maggi.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato chopped.
- It’s 1 tbsp of green peas.
- Make ready 1 cup of Maida.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Oil.
- It’s as needed of Water.
- Take as needed of Salt.
- You need as required of Cheese grated.
- It’s 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.

Cheese Masala Maggi Tart step by step
- In a bowl,combine flour,salt,oil,using fingertips to get a bread crumb texture..
- Add water little by little to make a dough..
- Cover the mixing bowl. Refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes..
- After 20 minutes need the dough again.and roll the dough..
- Take out the rolled dough,and put it in the tart mould..
- Press gently with the fingers,so the dough evenly cover the molds..
- Prick the bottom of the tart with a fork and bake for 15 to 20 minutes..
- Now heat oil in a pan,add chopped tomatoes and add green peas saute well..
- Add the tastemaker which are inside the maggi packet add salt,mix well,and add 2 tbsp of water..
- Cover and cook veggies.add 1 cup water and boil,now break the maggi add into the pan,add Tomato sauce.Allow to cook till all the water evaporates.turn off heat..
- Now fill the maggi masala in tart.Grate cheese on top of the maggi masala and again bake for 5 minutes till cheese melt.sprinkle sone chili flakes and serve hot..
I have used capsicum, tomato, onion, green peas and green chillies in my recipe.In a pan boil only noodles (without masala), let water dry completely.Masala Maggi with vegetables and cheese makes it tastier.
