Ingredients of Chickpeas Cutlet
- Take 100 gm of boiled chickpeas.
- Prepare 1/4 of chopped onion (medium size).
- You need 2 tsp of gram flour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- Take 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare of Vegetable oil.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of garlic-ginger paste.
- Take 1/2 of cumin powder.
Add a thin layer of olive oil to to the pan.Chicken cutlets are thinly sliced, boneless cuts of chicken breast that are faster to cook through than a whole breast.A cutlet is essentially a chicken breast with the tender removed.It's then sliced horizontally and pounded into thin slivers.
Chickpeas Cutlet instructions
- Take a bowl put boil chickpeas and mash properly.
- Add gram flour, coriander powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, onion, chili powder, and ginger garlic paste. Mix all together.
- Make balls with your palm. Use oil on the palm to avoid stickiness.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls till brown..
- Serve with chutney or ketchup.
