2. Take 1/4 cup of oil.
3. Take 2 of tattase +6scotch bonnet.
4. It’s 5 of maggi star + 4 dangote seasoning cube.
5. Prepare 3 of cloves, cinnamon,garlic.

Simple macaroni step by step

1. In a pot, heat up some oil.
2. Add sliced onion.
3. Followed by grated scotch bonnet, tattase,cinnamon, garlic and cloves.
4. Fry for 5mins.
5. Add in parboiled chicken + 4 cups of water.
6. Add in maggi + some pinch of salt and cover it and let it boil.
7. Add in macaroni, stir it very well and let it cook for 20-25mins.

In the future, I may add some spice or what not but this is an amazing base mac & cheese recipe.A simple white sauce where you add cheese and a few other flavors with macaroni and a potato chip crust.This recipe makes a lot, I like to make two pans so I can take one to a pot luck and have the other one to keep in the fridge for later.
