  1. Take a mixing bowl, add millet flour, pinch of salt,2 tbsp ghee and mix well. Knead a soft dough using warm water..
  2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 mins. Now make three equal portions of it. Roll them to thick rotis using some flour for dusting. Roast the rotis well from both the side. First on tawa then direct on the flame..

  5. Now take small portions in hand and knead laddoos it’s your palms. And the very delicious and healthy Millet churma laddoos are ready to go in. We can store them in an airtight container for 8-10 days..
