Pumpkin pie instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Dice pumpkin into cubes.
3. (Optional) Bake pumpkin for 40min till soft (to be mashed).
4. Put baked pumpkin into a bowl (if not baked - into blender), mash it with a fork.
5. Add to pumpkin eggs, flours, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, olive oil - mix ingredients.
6. Pour into baking mould and put into the oven..
7. Bake at 180ºC for about 30-35 minutes (check with toothpick or knife: it should be dry).
