- Prepare 1 cup of little millet.
- Prepare 2 cup of water.
- It’s as per taste of Salt.

Samak/ little millet daliya instructions
- Soak one cup millet for 5 hrs. Millet should be soaked well before using to digest them well.
- Chopped potatoes, carrot and peas.
- Take a cooker. Add some ghee, then add jeera, haldi, namak and mirch. Add soaked millet and vegetables..
- Add 2 cups of water and give it 3 to 4 whistle..
- Let it rest in cooker for 10 mins. Serve hot.
