- Take 1 bowl of oats.

- Grind oats to a coarse powder and add it to suji.
- Add curd to it and leave for 30 mins.
- Heat up non stick pan and put few drops of oil.
- Add asafoetida then cumin and saute ginger.
- Add peas, salt and cook it covered. Finally add chaat masala to it.
- Heatup tawa and spread little oil on it. Add salt and chopped onion to batter and adjust consistency by adding water and beat nicely.
- Spread batter on tawa and cook from both sides with help of oil.
- Put peas filling on half of chilla and fold it and serve it with chutney or sauce.
