Ingredients of Chicken Tawa Masala

Chicken Tawa Masala step by step
- Marinate chicken with tomato puree, cornflour and little salt and black pepper for 1 hour.Heat oil in pan and stir fry cubed capsicum and onion.Set aside..
- Stir fry the cubed chicken pieces till light brown.Fry 2 dry red chillies.Sprinkle grated ginger and garlic and fry lightly.Add the cubed tomato and stir fry.Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,tandoori masala, malai or fresh cream, salt and pinch of sugar.Toss all and add the chicken and cook over medium heat till soft and juicy..
