  2. Prepare 1 lb of sausage sweet & mild.
  3. Take 3 clove of garlic.
  4. Take 1 can of spaghetti sauce.
  5. Take 1 head of fresh spinach.
  6. You need 1 packages of medium sized ricotta.
  7. Take 2 cup of mozzerella shredded.
  8. Take 1 1/2 cup of parmesean.
  9. It’s 1 dash of salt n pepper to taste.

  1. boil a pot of water for your shells. while that's boiling , heat a shallow pan with olive. oil. cook ground sausage.

  6. this will take some time, you'll get to a point like why did I even start this shit. but then your almost done and then you regret that. so now once all stuffed (finally) cover with cheese and sauce..
  7. bake 20 minutes covered and then uncovered 10 minutes to slightly brown..
