Ingredients of Whole Wheat Chicken Samosas
- It’s 3 cups of Wheat Flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt or to taste.

- Take 1/2 cup of Milk.
- Take of Water as required.
- You need of FOR THE CHICKEN FILLING -.

- Take 1 tbsp of Green Chillies chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.

- Take 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of Green Peas boiled.
- Take 1 tsp of Dry Mango powder or Amchur homemade.
- You need 400 gm of Chicken boneless cubes.
- Make ready 1 of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
- Take 1 of large Onion finely chopped.

- Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned. Use water as required. It depends upon the quality of the flour used. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes..
- Heat oil and saute the Garlic along with the Onion. Add the Chicken cubes now along with the rest of the spices. Stir fry for about 6 to 7 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and let it cool down a bit before proceeding with the rest of the recipe..
