- Take 1 box of jumbo shells.
- Prepare 1 lb of ground beef.
- Make ready 2 packages of taco seasoning.
- It’s 1 packages of taco cheese.
- Make ready 1 1/2 cup of taco sauce.
- You need 1 cup of tomato sauce.
- Take 1 can of roasted tomatoes.
- Take 1 1/2 can of black beans.
- Prepare 1 of sour cream (optional).
- Prepare 1 1/3 can of refried beans.

- Start by boiling shells until about half way done just enough to work with..
- once pasta is cooked drain and run under cold water to cool set aside..
- start Browning the beef, once cooked add both beans to skillet and one and a half packs of the taco seasoning mix well then set aside.
- mix your taco sauce tomato sauce and the rest of you taco seasoning in a bowl pour all but a half cup into the bottom of your baking dish..
- pre heat oven to 350.
- now you can stuff your shells with the meat and bean mix leaving just enough room to spoon in your roasted tomatoes.
- after shells have been stuffed take the remaining sauce and pour over shells.
- wrap dish with foil bake about 35 - 45 mins until pasta is tender.
- once pasta is tender remove foil add cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
- serve with scoop of sour cream chives!.
