Ingredients of Caramel Mousse

  1. It’s of CARAMEL MOUSSE.
  2. It’s 1 cup of granulated sugar.
  3. Take 1/4 cup of packed light brown sugar.
  4. It’s 8 tbsp of water, divided use. 6 ablespoons for the caramel and 2 tablespoons for the gelatin.
  5. Prepare 1 1/4 tsp of powdered gelatin.
  6. Take 1/4 tsp of salt.
  7. Take 2 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.
  9. Prepare of GARNISH.
  10. Prepare 1 of recipe Crispy Toffee Caramel Popcorn, recipe attached in direction step #8.

You begin by making a caramel mousse.It's basically just burnt sugar, heavy cream, butter, vanilla bean paste, and gelatin.You make a caramel then allow that situation too cool completely.Creamy salted caramel cheesecake mousse with a deep caramel flavor, a touch of salt, and a caramel corn crunch.

Caramel Mousse instructions

  1. Combine granulated sugar and light brown sugar until throughly combined.

  5. Whip remaining 2 cups heavy cream until it holds soft but firm peaks..
  6. Gently fold room.temperature caramel.mixture into whipped cream..
  7. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight..
  8. Garnish with Crispy Toffee Popcorn
