Ingredients of Chicken Biryani
- Prepare 1 Kg of chicken.

- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli power.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin Powder.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- You need 5-6 of green chilli.
- Take 1 pinch of orange food colour.
- Make ready 2 tsp of lemon juice.
- It’s 4 of cinnamon stick.
- Make ready 5 of cloves.
- Prepare 10 of cardamom.
- Prepare 10 of black pepper.
- You need as needed of Oil.
- You need 4 tsp of Desi Ghee.
- It’s 3 drop of kewara essence.
