Add oil into a pan. Oil is heated add dry red chilli, mustard seed, fenugreek seed.
After 4-5 second add green chilli,Curry leaves, chopped Ginger, chopped garlic..
- Then after 10 second add onion, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste then mix it and saute for 1 min in low flame.
Then add Tomato, black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minute..
- Then add water, water is boiling at that time add Coconut milk, salt to taste, lemon juice..
- When one boil is come then off the flame..
