Ingredients of Kanya 's Spicy Sauce
- You need 350 grams of Fresh chillies / mixed red and green color.
- Take 200 grams of Garlic.
- Take 100 grams of Onion.
- Make ready 3 of Shallots.
- Prepare 50 grams of Lemongrass /sliced.
- Prepare 50 grams of Galangal.
- Make ready 3 bunch of Corrianders.
- Take 250 ml of Lime juice.
- You need 200 ml of Fish sauce.
- Take 300 ml of Sugar syrups.
- You need 100 ml of Boiled water/ allow to cool.
Kanya 's Spicy Sauce instructions
- Mix all in blender,blend only all ingredients mixed well,not too much smooth,taste and add your more favorite taste,can keep in refrigerator ,as I add lemongrass and galangal good for stomach :).
- This sauce is multifunction , you can use in many Thai dishes or use as salad dressing ,but not too much as it is spicy !..for example ; Dip with baked shrimps and vermicelli.
- With local style food and fresh vegetables.
- Salad dressing : pomelo salad ,apple spicy salad.
- Dip with hot pot or suki-yaki at home.
- Seafood or any meat salad.
- Grilled pork ,fish or beef.
- Easy Tom Yum at home.
