This vegetarian Italian recipe is an ideal dinner party starter. Top bread with roasted vegetables, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and remaining olive oil and garnish with basil.

Ingredients of Vegetable crostini
- Take 1 of Crostini bread.
- Prepare 1 cup of boiled corn.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- It’s 5 of cheese cubes.
- You need 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- It’s 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- It’s 1 tsp of Oragano.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- Make ready 200 gm of Garlic Butter.
Mini toasts, also known as crostini, are the perfect party appetizer.Crostini literally means little toast in Italian.I love to add some form of crostini to any menu.I also like this vegetable crostini as the main part of a meal served with soup or a salad.
Vegetable crostini instructions
- In a bowl mix chat masala, black pepper powder, oragano and chilli flakes keep aside for seasoning.
- Take a bowl mix boiled corn,finely chopped onion, Coriander and chesse together..add some mixture which we kept for seasoning and mix well. Keep it aside.
- Now cut the bread apply butter and mixture on it and sprinkle some seasoning masala.
- Bake it in oven for 4-5 mins at 150° or in a pan for 10 mins.
