- Take 200 gm of Mutton Keema.
- Take 8 of Black pepper whole.

- Take 1 tsp of Yellow chilli powder.

Patthar ke Kebab step by step
- In a mixture jar put Keema & grind it,make a smoot paste..
- Roast all whole spices & grind coarsely..
- Make a paste from ginger, garlic, papaya,& mix it in grinded Keema..
- Keep it 1 an hour. Then add all prepared spices & mix it..
- Keep it for merination 2 hrs.add malai & 1 Tsp butter for good aroma..
- Now take a square piece of stone that is not blemishes..
- Put it on the gas & heat it.sprinkle butter..
- Now prepare the kebabs with marinated meat and put it on the hot stone & bake well on both sides..
- Serve it hot with green chutney & onions rings..
- Lachcha Parantha or plain Parantha will go with this..
