- Prepare 1 kg of prawns,devained,cleaned.
- Prepare 2 of lemongrass stalks.

- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce.
- It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of lime juice.
- You need 1 bunch of each coriander ,spring onion,chopped.
- It’s 4 of chili ,crushed.

- In soup pot ,add coconut milk,stock,lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves,onion,tomato,galangal,let it boil for 3 mins.
- Seasoning with fishsauce,lime,sugar,taste ..if not enough salty add little salt..boil more 2 mins.
- Add prawns,wait about 2 min,then stir to mix,cook 1 more min,add coriander,spring onion,heat off.
- Serve this hot as soup or serve with hot steamed jasmine rice :).
