Ingredients of Kanya's Tofu Soup / Tom Yum Style

  1. Make ready 100 grams of tofu,cubed.
  2. Make ready 1 of sliced of galangal.
  3. It’s 1 of lemongrass stalk,sliced.
  4. It’s 2 of kaffir lime leaves.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of lime juice.
  6. Prepare 4 of cherry tomato.
  7. It’s 2 of mushroom,cubed.
  8. You need 2 of shallots,halves.
  9. Take 1 cup of boiling water.
  10. It’s 1 bunch of spring onion and coriander,chopped.
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  12. Take 5 of chili ,crushed or halves.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of fishsauce,or 1 and a half teaspoon of salt instead for vegetarian.

  1. Dice and chop all ingredients in list.
  2. Boil water with galangal,lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves,3 mins boil.
  3. Add mushroom,tofu,3 more mins cook.
  4. Seasoning,taste,heat off…to serve..drain clear hot soup in serving bowl,add tofu,mushroom,garnish with coriander and spring onion,or serve as it is,but i prefer to make it like silky cleared soup with little hot and spicy flavor..hope you enjoy this soup :).
