When the pasta is not quite done al dente, bring the sauce to an active simmer, and then dump the pasta in.Reserve some pasta water, then drain pasta.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.Add garlic and stir frequently until the garlic is golden brown.

  4. Then add pasta to it and toss it well..
  5. Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve it piping hot..
