Ingredients of Finger millet(ragi) idli
- Take 1 cup of finger millet flour.
- Take 1 cup of rava.
- You need 1 cup of thick curd.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of eno salt.

- First in a bowl take finger millet flour and rava. Now add thick curd and salt. Mix well. Keep this aside for 15 minutes. Then add some water for get idli batter consistency.batter is ready..
- Now take idli mould and grease it well with oil. add eno salt to the batter and mix well. Pour idli batter to the greased molds. Steam it for about 15 minutes.ragi idli is ready..
- Serve it with sambhar and chutney..
