Ingredients of Power Salad

  1. Take 50 gms of cabbage.
  2. Prepare 1 of small beetroot.
  3. It’s 1 of small capsicum.
  4. Prepare 1 of small onion.
  5. Prepare 50 gms of boiled chickpeas.
  6. Make ready leaves of Coriander.
  7. It’s of Curry leaves fresh or dried.
  8. You need 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.
  9. It’s 1 teaspoon of black mustard seeds.
  10. Take 1 teaspoon of oil.
  11. Take 1/2 teaspoon of chilly powder.
  12. You need 1 teaspoon of Lemon juice.
  13. Prepare 1-3 of tables spoon pomegranate seeds for garnishing.

Power Salad instructions

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables and boil the chickenpeas with some salt.
  2. Add all the vegetables and chickpeas together in a bowl.
  3. Take a pan add some oil to it then add sesame seeds, black mustard seeds, red Chilli powder and saute them.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables in the pan and saute for 1-2 mins and don't overcook them. Add coriander leaves and mix it.
  5. Take the salad in a bowl and add lemon juice and pomegranate seeds and mix it..
  6. Your salad is ready to serve. You can eat this as a starter also.
