  1. Prepare 1 of ginger.
  2. It’s 2 clove of garlic.
  3. Take 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar.
  4. Take 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil.
  5. It’s 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce.
  6. You need 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  7. Prepare 3 of hot chili.
  8. It’s 1 of leeks,sliced.
  9. Take 1 of coriander to garnish.
  10. Take 1 of soft tofu,about 150 grams,square.
  11. Take 2 tbsp of water.

The scrumptious pot of tofu, pork belly and vegetables is truly a one pot wonder which the whole family can enjoy together at the dinner table!Place a clay pot on high heat.Add the vegetable oil and fry the garlic until fragrant.Now add the sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and water.

  1. Slice ginger ,garlic,chili,divide 2 sliced (each )to fry tofu in clay pot.
  2. Finely chop remain ginger,garlic and chili.
  3. In clay pot add some oil,fry garlic,ginger until get good smell on medium heat.
  4. Add tofu ,fry wait until one side is golden ,then flip to another side ,until done all 4 side.
  5. Make ginger sauce by combine finely chopped ingredients with all sauce ingredients ,add half of water ,bring to simmer in small sauce pan.
  6. Pour sauce over tofu in clay pot ,add water ,cover lids,and let it simmer with sauce for 8 more mins.
  7. Serve hot with sliced of chili and garnish with coriander :).
