Ingredients of Roasted kielbasa and vegetables
- Prepare 3 each of med sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Take 1 each of med sweet onion, cut into 1 inch pieces.
- You need 4 each of medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces.
- It’s 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Make ready 1 lb of smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and cut into 1 inch pieces( I used about a pound and a half ).
- It’s 1 each of med yellow summer squash, cut into 1 in pieces.
- You need 1 each of medium zuccini, cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Make ready 1/4 of salt or seasoning salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of pepper.
- Take 3 each of small to med tomatoes( I added these, not origionally called for in recipe).
- Take 1 of a touch of Dijon mustard, optional ( I didnt use it).
- You need 1/4 tsp of celery salt( optional, I added this ).
