- in the pot cut up chicken into cube size cut up whole onion add a dash of olive oil. cook till chicken is.done with golden brown skin.
- add, tomatoes, add Rotel simmer for 5 minutes.
- add kidney beans after rinsing.. slowly pour in.
- add all ingredients. .. and 2 cans of water..
- simmer for 2-3 hours add spices to taste..
- cook noodles in separate pan. once cooked. just add amount of noodles ti bowl that you'd like..
- don't put noodles in chili. or they will.keep cooking. so just add to bowl during meals…
