- Take 200 gms of Gram flour.
- It’s 50 gms of Semolina(Rava).
- Take 50 gms of Rice flour.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Soaked yellow moong dal.
- Make ready 200 gms of Bottle gourd.
- It’s 1 of carrot grated.
- You need 3 of Onion(Sliced).
- Prepare 3 of Green chilis finely chopped).
- Take 2 tbsp of Grated beetroot.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Mint leaves finely chopped.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of coriander finely chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of Red chili garlic paste.
- Take 1 tbsp of green chili ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Fennel seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of carom seeds.
- Take 1 tsp of half crushed coriander seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida.
- Take 1 cup of curd.
- You need As needed of Oil to fry pakora.
- Take to taste of salt.

- Prepare all ingredients. Combine gram flour, semolina, rice flour, soaked moong dal, carom seeds, fennel seeds, half crushed coriander seeds, black pepper powder, salt to taste, turmeric, red chili garlic paste, green chili ginger paste and asafetida in a big bowl. Mix it well..
- Add grated bottle gourd, carrot, beetroot, sliced onion, finely chopped green chilis, mint leaves, coriander leaves and 2 tbsp. curd to bowl and mix it properly..
- Heat oil in frying vessel on medium flame for deep frying pakoras. Take 2 tbsp. hot oil and mix it in pakora batter(Hot oil helps to make pakora crispy). Scoop out ball sized pakora and drop in hot oil carefully. Fry pakoras until it turns golden in color..
- Serve hot and crispy pakoras with homemade tomato Sauce, sliced onion and punjabi curd..
