  2. Now make sambar tadka by adding tomatoes & all spices then cook it well & combine all together.
  3. Now make chutney by adding all Ingredients in jar & grind it.
  4. Now prepare tadka for chutney & temper over it.
  5. Now making batter by heat kadai & roast all spices then add in sooji & leaves it for 20 minutes mean while heat the water.
  6. Now put batter in stand & steam it& South Indian dish ready.
