Ingredients of Stuffed Bread Pakora
- Make ready 4 of potatoes.
- You need 4 slices of bread.
- You need 1 cup of gramflour.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of asafoetida.
- It’s 5 of curry leaves.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare as required of Oil for frying.
- Take Half cup of water.
- Take 2 of green chillies, chopped.
Stuffed Bread Pakora step by step
- Boil the potatoes and once they cool mash and keep aside..
- In a pan take oil, heat on medium flame. Add cumin, aesafoitida, curry leaves, green chillies, salt and all dry spice powder. Now mix this well don't let it burn. Once done mix the potatoes into this. The potato filling is ready..
- In a bowl take gramflour, salt to taste and add water to this. Mix and make thick batter..
- Now take a bread slice spread the potato mixture on it and cover it with other slice. Cut this into 4 pieces..
- Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry in hot oil on medim flame. Once it turn lightly golden brown it's ready. Serve hot with ketchup or coriander chutney..
