  7. Make the filling. In a large bowl, mix well all the ingredients of ☆ then add pecans. Pour the filling in pie shell..
  8. By using leftover crust, make a lattice design for the top of the pie..
  9. Bake it for 40 minutes at lower rack of the oven. Check to see if the center is cooked by using a tooth pick..
