- You need 1 of Wrap or Tortilla Wrap.
- You need of Main ingredients.
- You need 2 tbsp of Hummus.
- You need 1 tbsp of of Mango Chutney OR 3 Sundried Tomatos. Not both..
- Take 4 of Falafels.
- Prepare of Veggie blend.
- Make ready 200 grams of Spinach (cooked & shredded).
- Prepare 200 grams of Carrots (grated).
- You need 1 bunch of Coriander to taste (optional).
- You need of Optional Cheese.
- Prepare 100 grams of of soft cheese like Feta or Goats' cheese is best for this recipe. Cheddar and similar cheeses also work well..
