Ingredients of Instant masala rava idli with Sambar and chutney
- It’s 1 cup of Bombay rava.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of mustard.
- You need 4-5 of curry leaves.
- Take of Cashew nuts.
- Take 1/4 tsp of cummin.

- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1/2 table spoon of cooking soda.

Instant masala rava idli with Sambar and chutney step by step
- Dry roast rava and other ingredients.
- Add curd and mix if required add water.
- Now add salt and cooking soda.
- Keep for fermentation for 30 mins.
- Steam in idli steamer.
- Cook dal in cooker take 3-4 whistle by adding all the ingredients except, sambar masala, tamarind paste, and vegetables.
- Once Dal is cooked mash with masher.
- Cook vegetables by adding water and salt.
- Mix veggies to dal mixture.
- Add tamarind, sambar powder, salt and jaggery, let it boil.
- Give temper with cummin,mustard, curry leaves and dry chilli..
